The workshop consists of 17 different video clips (each from about 2 minutes to a little over 8 minutes in length), with a variety of activities (in text form) between the video clips. The video portion of the workshop is about 90 minutes in length and if you take the time to work with all of the activities, it will take you at least an additional hour to complete the workshop.
